Unmarked police cars were uncommon to see in New York in 2003. Now it's practically the standard, since now they use an "us vs them" mentality. (From Christmas Break 2003)

In 2003, it was rare to see "slick top" police cars, seen here hiding behind the car seen front and center. Now cops all hide, probably because they're scared of criminals. (From Christmas Break 2003)
