The 4th floor of the Ritz displayed exceptionally bad fire damage, that I believe have happened in the late 70s or early 80s. This building burned completely recently due to arson. (From The Pines Hotel 2005)

The fourth floor of the Ritz showed an exceptional amount of physical damage. Some damage was due to fire, however, it is unclear how this damage to the ceiling and wall were caused, as they appear to have not been affected by fire. (From The Pines Hotel 2005)
