Why even bother to put the sign there in the first place if it's just going to be a tease

Next: Right turn only into either lane (split arrow). Seems a bit redundant.

Previous: Injure kill a worker, $7500, 15 years. As if someone wants to kill the worker in the first place. Hopefully you have to at least be negligent before incurring a 15 year sentence! $7500 seems a bit cheap though.
