This key-port switch somehow controls the roof access door. Note that the screws are exposed; you could take this apart easily.

Previous: The roof access is slightly more complicated than just pushing the door open. Note the electromagnetic lock in the upper left corner of hte door. You'll at least need a screwdriver.
