In 2003, it was rare to see slick top police cars, seen here hiding behind the car seen front and center. Now cops all hide, probably because they're scared of criminals.

Next: Unmarked police cars were uncommon to see in New York in 2003. Now it's practically the standard, since now they use an "us vs them" mentality.

Previous: I bumped into Tom Connelly at the mall. Hadn't seen him in ages! Haven't seen him in ages still. Hope he's doing good!
