A New York, A New Year

This was a bit weird... we just left Mike's aunt's apartment in Irving Plaza. As we crossed the street about a block away from Webster Hall, we noticed this guy laying down on the street possibly pooled in blood. I quickly snapped some pictures as Mike C rushed us by, insisting that we not get involved. To me it looked like the guy got hit by a car. Then, oddly, it looked like the driver exited his car and proceeded to throw a punch or two at the guy on the ground, for some unknown reason. I let the first cops I saw nearby know about it. Without saying a word, they nodded at each other and headed off. The silent coolness of it all reminded me of agents in the Matrix.
